At the table

You name the sides of the room, window and door, and read a pair: “Neat wrapping or gift bags?” Guests point or walk over. Then you ask one person from each side the question printed after the pair: “What is your wrapping secret?”

“Cardinals or chickadees?” Ask: “Which bird visits your window?”

What you get4 PDF files

  • Color and Ink Saver files, each in US Letter and A4 (58 pages each)
  • In each filethe Host List of 60 pairs, each with a follow-up question, the Gentle List of 24 pairs, a show card for every pair, two to a page, A and B paddles to cut out, and 3 certificates

Why it works

A vote alone takes two seconds. So each pair on the Host List carries its own follow-up question, and the host asks just one person from each side: two short stories per pair, with no one else put on the spot. There is no wrong side, anyone may pass, and a laugh counts as an answer.

Made for: Office Christmas parties, family gatherings, church groups, classrooms and senior living. The 3 church pairs are marked optional.
