At the table

The die lands and the chart reads GUESS & SWAP: shake your gift, say what you think is inside, then swap with anyone. A wrapped box rattles, two gifts change hands, and the die moves one seat to the left.

Swap with anyone whose gift has a bow

Three swaps, each for a different party

For a family Christmas: roll, swap, unwrap
Christmas Gift Exchange Card Game: 118 action cards in 3 decks. Classic, with a Reveal round, for the office; Jolly Family for mixed tables; Gentle, where the host reads and the whole circle passes together
For a quick swap after dinner, with small gifts

Inside the bundle

Why it works

Nobody goes home empty-handed, and nobody has to go home with the gift they brought. The dice game has no stealing: everyone ends with a gift. The card game closes with a last check, where anyone still holding the gift they brought trades with a neighbor before the opening. In the Gentle deck nobody grabs a gift at all. The dice rules were tested in simulated games.

Made for: Office party organizers and family hosts first; church groups and senior living parties too. The guide suggests naming a price limit on the invite.
